Trenton Recognizes Preservation Efforts

The property at 302 Gardener Ave. was nominated for an award by the Hillcrest Civic Association as an example of rehabilitation of a single family home that had fallen on hard times. The house received the proper upgrading of major systems and features while maintaining its historic design integrity. It was totally rehabbed on the interior and is ready for occupancy. It's owned by Matt Faircloth of the DeRosa Group.
