| Matt Faircloth, President |
Matt Faircloth is the President of the DeRosa Group, which he co-founded in 2006. The DeRosa Group is a developer of commercial and residential property with a mission to revitalize urban America. Over the last few years, the DeRosa Group and its subsidiaries have been active in real estate development in central New Jersey. Projects include the acquisition and lease out of class A office space, over five residential rehab projects, acquisition of a market rate apartment complex, commercial rehab projects, and property management of residential apartments.
Matt is a licensed Real Estate Agent in PA and NJ. Matt is a graduate of the Leadership Trenton program, and is the chair of its Sustainable Initiative Steering Committee. He is also the co-founder of the Mercer County South Jersey Investor’s subgroup and is involved in the community through the Mercer Chamber of Commerce as well as the Free and Accepted Masons. He graduated with a BS in Engineering and a minor in Business from Virginia Tech in 1998. Matt grew up in the Baltimore, Maryland and now resides with his wife and business partner, Elizabeth, in Bordentown, NJ.

Elizabeth Faircloth is the COO of the DeRosa Group, which she co-founded in 2006. The DeRosa Group is a developer of commercial and residential property with a mission to revitalize urban America. The company is committed to creating environmentally and economically sustainable projects that enhance communities. Over the last few years, the DeRosa Group and its subsidiaries have been active in real estate development in central New Jersey. Projects include the acquisition and lease out of class A office space, over five residential rehab projects, acquisition of a market rate apartment complex, commercial rehab projects, and property management of residential apartments.
Elizabeth has a passion to make a difference in the community. She is a current board member for Advancing Opportunities (formerly Cerebral Palsy of NJ) and NJ Year of Fellowship. Elizabeth is the Membership Chair for the Young Business Leaders Council of the Mercer Chamber of Commerce, and the co- founder of the Mercer County South Jersey Investors Subgroup. She is also a 2008 fellow of Leadership Trenton. Elizabeth holds a Masters of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. While attending the University of Pennsylvania, she also studied at the Wharton Business School. She holds a BS degree in Psychology from Rowan University. Elizabeth grew up in Flemington, NJ and now resides in Bordentown with her husband and business partner, Matt. |
