The DeRosa Group, founded in 2006 by Elizabeth and Matt Faircloth, is a privately owned real estate development company with a mission to revitalize urban America. DeRosa has a passion for creating environmentally and economically sustainable projects that make a positive impact in communities.
 
Over the last few years, the DeRosa Group and its subsidiaries have been active in real estate development in central New Jersey. Projects include the acquisition and lease out of class A office space, residential rehab projects, historic preservation projects, acquisition of a market rate apartment complex, commercial rehab projects, and property management of residential apartments. For the new developments DeRosa is working on, they are utilizing cutting edge technologies aimed at reducing energy consumption and improving indoor air quality.
