With Urban Word, LLC (www.UrbanWord.com), the DeRosa Group crafted a winning proposal to the City of Trenton to develop a ½ acre lot at 200 Hamilton Ave in Trenton. The development will include state of the art residences and commercial/retail sites influenced by the latest green technology.  It will include all the desired modern amenities but will be in the character of its surrounding neighborhood, keeping the “Old Trenton” charm.
